H100 rental prices fall about 19% below the October average

The median on-demand price of one Nvidia H100 GPU-hour was 3.39 USD in the first days of November, about 19% under the October average of 4.20 USD, according to the GPU Economy price index.

The median on-demand price of one Nvidia H100 GPU-hour was 3.39 USD in the week of 2 November 2026. That is about 19% below the October 2026 monthly average of 4.20 USD, according to the Cloud GPU Price Index published by GPU Economy.

The index is a median of 40 publicly listed on-demand rates from 38 providers. It measures listed prices, not availability. The 2 November reading is provisional and is recomputed on every hourly scrape. The index still shows the H100 up about 19% against October 2025.

Analysts quoted by the index point to several reasons for the cooling market:

  • Blackwell chip output is ramping up.
  • Leases signed in 2023 and 2024 are gradually expiring.
  • Second-hand H100 and A100 GPUs are starting to reach the market.

Demand from inference workloads keeps growing, and the H100 has been discontinued, so existing inventory is shrinking. The market is split on whether GPU prices have already peaked.

For the GPU marketplaces and decentralised networks in this category, the H100 price moves with the listed offers. Check the current price on each provider's public pricing page before you rent.
